when I go over 30 mph, a noise starts to squeak& metal grind, what does it mean?

It sounds like a squeaky, metal grinding together type of noise, but it happens ONLY when I am going a good 35 mph or more into my drive, I can't tell whether it's coming form the back or front brakes or is it in my engine. It DOESN'T happen when I press the brakes, only when the car is in motion going about 35+ mph. My car is a 2007 infinity coupe going on 96,500 miles.
