Any big problems?

I have an 07 G-35 coupe that I bought used with 11K miles and it had been on a lease for about 10 months. It now has 60K miles on it. I use Mobil 1 every 7-8K miles and have had no problems. The brakes are still the original ones. I replaced the OEM tires at 35K miles becuase they were very poor Goodyear Eagles. I now have Bridgestones on it whch have improved the traqction significantly especially when the roads are wet.. I just had the right brake light and parts of the LED taillights go out and will probably have to replace the entire assembly. this is the only repair I have had to date.
