Every dash light will come on driving, acts like it out gas. starts aft try 5/6

You be going down the road and every light on the dash will come on the slip light ECU light every light they are and they won't go off and then this car acts like it's running out of gas it spits and sputters and then take off by itself and you have to pull over and then after about five or six tries it will start back and run good for just a little bit and then do it again.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's about the same all the time sometimes it'll run a little longer a good 5 mi and it not do it sometimes I can crank up and go to the driveway and do it like a good start and stop stop and start I just run out of gas but it's full of gas
