Rattling sound when shifting.

What is your question?

When I start the car after it's been off for more than a few minutes, a rattling sound can be heard when shifting from 1st to 2nd. It doesn't keep making the sound after the first time, until the engine is turned off again. The transmission is an automatic for a 2003 Infiniti G35 (Engine: VQ35DE). What are some of the possible causes for this?
