What is your question?
2002 Infiniti G20: heater, ac, clock, & stereo lights stopped working. Stereo light works when I turn the key only to acc 2, but when I turn the key to start car, stereo lights go out. Once before I changed a fuse and all worked fine. Now I can't recall which fuse or how I figured it out. But all fuses under dash look ok. Any thoughts?

It doesn't seem like a fuse issue if the lights work during certain key positions. Fuses protect the power of a circuit no matter what key position. This could be an ignition switch issue, or some other kind of wiring issue that will need evaluated.
Thank you. I tried spraying contact cleaner into egnition key hole but it didn't help. When I turn key to position 'Acc 2' the stereo part of lights come on (but not heater/AC part). Then after I turn to position '3 ON ' and '4 START' the stereo lights go out. And then when I turn the car off and go back by position 'Acc2' in the opposite direction the clock comes on. So you reckon I need a whole new egnition switch?
I am doubtful of any benefit of doing so since the keyhole does not hold any electrical components. The key cylinder interacts with the electrical ignition switch which is separate.
Thanks... I figured it out and wow I feel like an idiot--I have realized that when I was recently cleaning my car I inadvertently turned down my dashboard lights and the other lights in question. I had not known dashboard lights and the stereo /climate light were on the same dimmer switch. I discovered it tonight when I got into my car and the dash lights didn't light up. When I tested the dimmer--all the lights came up. Advise others to check their dashboard lights dimmer knob first thing. Thanks
