I changed the lights I'm my cluster and now my car won't start,what happened?

You may have blown a fuse without knowing it. The check engine light is fused. Check the ECM fuse , the ignition fuse. ( if they are not marked familiarly , check them all) Fuse panels are usually in one of 4 areas. Drivers or passenger side dashboard . As soon as you open the door look on the "side" end of the dashboard. Some have a cover that snaps in place Or by the drivers or passengers foot/kick panel area (under the dash) There may also be a fuse box under the hood too . check in the area of the battery.
