What is your question?

When I turn on heater I can clicking sorta noise and feel slight air coming from front dashboard, same when I try a/c. I ran diagnostics and all looked good.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing.. It stays the same

What diagnostics did you run for this concern? Are you not getting multiple fan speeds? If not, have you checked blower motor operation? Power and ground to the motor? Wiring? Wire connectors? Relay? Resistor? Too much too speculate on; needs hands on inspection.
