IF the “white smoke†dissipates rather quickly and has a 'sweet' smell - that is likely the result of a failed cylinder head gasket. IF smoke lingers and has a 'burning oil' smell - that is likely the result of failing valve stem seals. This will require *hands-on* inspection, testing and evaluation by qualified personnel.
