The trunk door to my 2011 infinity fx35 can not open. What do I do.

I would be happy to answer this after spending our vacation climbing thru the back seat from which I cracked a rib. Don't know how.. Anyway, I found out after owning the car too many years that if the passenger door is not unlocked the trunk will not open. That was a problem for us because our locks no longer work automatically as well. Only the driver side. Also a big Infiniti problem. I hope this helps.
