My 2003 Infiniti FX35 won't start. It is turning over, dashboard lights are on but no light on the ignition key ring nor does the seat move when I get it. It turns over but thats all

The car turns over like it wants to start but does not. Lights on the dashboard are on but not my key ring light, inside lights nor does my seat move like it usually does when I open the door. All exterior lights work

What makes this problem better or worse?
