My 4 windows won't go up or down they stay stuck and it's not a fuse what else?

We changed the fuse twice, and it's all just the 4 windows doesn't even make a clicking noise, my sun roof workday fine it's just all my windows? Any one know what it might be ?

is the window lock button on,drivers side master switch?

The one on the door? Yes that one is not locked i changed the fuse once and it made them work..and then again they got stuck few days later so I changed the fuse again 2 days ago and now they got stuck again

sounds like maybe a relay problem.
