If the fuse is good then it's either the connection, wiring or the cigarette lighter assembly is bad. Check for power at the plug. Alex

Since the *yellow 20 amp fuse* labeled as > C/LIGHTER is responsible for BOTH of those circuits - strongly suspect you have checked the wrong fuse... https://www.autogenius.info/hyundai-veracruz-2007-2010-fuse-box-diagram/
