What is your question?
I had all my valve stems changed a month ago(long story short, metal caps seized on them) took it to a shop and had them replaced. They did a mount and balance on all 4 tires. After about 4 days my car starts to drive funny like my back end was jumpy, so feeling anxious I went to another shop and had they suggested to have 4 tire balances. Found out the previous shop didn't put on enough weights. Around 2.5oz each wheel. 2 days go by and my car steering wheel starts to vibrate when I go over 40mph. Went back to car shop and mechanic re did the job. My steering wheel stopped shaking but the car still feels jumpy or wobbly feeling from speeds of 30mph and 60mph. I had a passenger feel it also around 45mph because I drove them home from work. Felt like I was driving on a dirt road when it was a smooth road. Idk where to start to get more work done for it to stop feeling bouncy?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Driving 30mph to 60mph is where I feel it most, less with speeds ofabove 60mph
How long has your 2020 Hyundai Tucson had this problem?
A week

Hello, my gut opinion is I would return to the shop that did the initial work. They should re-do the balancing of the tires to check and see what's going on. That is what it all seems to come down to based on your concern description. Low speed vibrations can also be due to tire issues, wheel issues - situations where the tire or wheel is out of round, not just out of balance. A reputable shop will be able to check the tire and wheel when attempting to balance.
