What is your question?
I recently had the vvt front & exhaust replaced/repaired in my car as well as an oil change with an additive to help clean up the oil. I’m just wondering what is normal or not normal after the repairs? I know the car has to adjust to the new parts. All of the previous issues I was having have been resolved. I noticed now that it is somewhat slower to accelerate & more so when I’m first driving the car for the day. There’s some white/gray smoke or cloud coming from the exhaust, but again it’s usually when I first drive the car or if it’s been sitting for awhile & I drive it again. It’s only happened a few times. I’ve had the car back for 4 days.

Hi, not knowing the cause of repairs, the diagnostic steps taken, and the recommendations before these repairs were carried out make it difficult to speculate on an expectation of performance and experience with the vehicle following those repairs. In my experience, repairs should resolve problems and not start new ones. If there are still issues, then I would suggest returning to shop and technician that worked on the vehicle and bring up the concerns to be addressed. Slower acceleration could be related too valve timing - which was addressed during the repairs performed. Exhaust smoke concerns me because it indicates either fuel, oil or coolant going through the exhaust system. Figuring out which it is and then determining why is a needed step.
