What is your question?
My car has gone completely dead after stopping 5 times in the past 6 days. It would not come back on for 10-50 minutes. I tried opening and closing all of the doors, hood, and turning the fuse box on/off. There does not seem to be any particular formula and method to get it to come back on.

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Oh no! That's no good and very unsafe! The issue could be related to a weak battery or a failing alternator, but since it restarts after a while, it might be more complex, like a faulty relay or an electrical short. Check the battery terminals and connections to ensure they’re clean and tight. Inspect the main fuse box for any loose or corroded connections. It’s also possible that a failing ignition switch or a problem with the vehicle’s anti-theft system could be causing these shutdowns. Given the unpredictability, I’d recommend getting it diagnosed by a professional who can check for any hidden issues in the electrical system.
