Top end motor noise,and consuming oil.

What is your question?

Has a miss when first cranked,but goes away,and top end of motor sounds like a baby rattle. Consuming oil and looks & smells burnt. No more than 2mo after oil change.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Worse when engine is cold
