What is your question?
Check Engine Light showed EVAP issue. Had both charcoal cannisters, gas cap, and fuel pump replaced. Had smoke test done; no issues. Lines checked. Clear. After each fuel pump replacement unable to put gas in. Now takes a gallon and gushes that out. Fuel filler neck and valve examined. Valve adjusted. No change. I'm fresh put of ideas. Hyundai service tech stumped, as well. Would sure appreciate any ideas.
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, it's just a guess, but is the canister purge valve staying closed? Something is creating a vacuum issue, and replacing a bunch of components without confirming failure with testing is not usually a successful action. Testing needs to be done. If your tech is stumped - you need a new tech -- or maybe you have the incorrect perception. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
