Hello, There are two very likely possibilities: 1. The master switch has failed 2. The wiring harness between the door and chassis is cracked Testing the switch requires it to be removed, and see pressing the switch up or down registers continuity on a multi-meter. If this is foreign to you, it is not an expensive diagnosis.
