What is your question?
The check engine comes on periodically, sprayed WD -40 on it and moved it back and forth, freed it up, changed out the valve idle control valve, car seemed to be running fine, then stalled out again, wouldn’t turn on, left it alone for about 10 minutes, then the car finally started up, checked on-line, alerted me about some clicking noise, which I thought was the belts or pulleys, it may be a bad intake runner controller?

Hello, stalling and not restarting - is this because the engine cranked and cranked without starting? Are you able to check for any diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's) that may have been set? These are often good clues to help diagnose the concerns. I do not believe that a faulty intake runner control system concern could cause your issue, but I definitely need more information. And yes, hands on evaluation would sort it all out - seek the guidance of a local shop near you that has skills to perform the testing. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me
