Front wipers aren't working

There is a black plastic trim panel above the wiper motor in the area of the driver's side wiper arm spindle that has to be removed to get access to the motor and its wiring. It has a five wire connector disconnect it, with the locking tab held at 12:00 and looking at the face of the connector (not the wire side) the wires from left to right are ground, parking circuit, live with ignition key turned on, low and high speed. Middle wire must have power key on to the run or on position.
