What is your question?
My Tucson will stall out every now and then (not consistently) when I stop at stop lights and stop signs. I then I have to place it in park and it starts up again. No check engine or any other lights come on except when the car dies and then all of them are illuminated until the car is placed in park and re-started but then it starts the cylce over again and sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't. It seems to have more of an issue when the A/C is running. I was told by a friend the fuel pump may be going bad. Has anybody run into this problem?

It sounds to me that the Idle Air Control (IAC) system may not be working properly or the throttle body and IAC could be loaded with carbon restricting the intake air flow at idle, causing the engine to stall. I think a fuel pump failure would be more of an issue when the engine is running under load, not at idle. Here's a directory link for you: http://repairpal.com/hyundai-repair-in-rocklin-california
