Squealing noise when I turn right or left, what can cause this? Is it a sensor?

What is your question?

I just had a alternator installed, and the belts changed to the AC, & Alternator replaced. Now when I turn the steering wheel right, or left I get a loud screeching sound. What in your opinion can cause this.?

Hello, sounds as simple as the new belts needing to be adjusted. Normal to have the belts stretch a bit after initial use. See the service folks that did the work and ask them to adjust the belts.
