This cold be a defective outer CV joint. That is where I would begin inspecting.

Its more likley the sub frame stabilizer bushings, they are defective on that model

I just had to replace right front CV joint on my 2005 Hyundai Tucson 113,000 miles for the same reason. Cost was $190.00. The indication was oozing of grease by the boot.
