Hello, your starting system needs to have a good battery that is fully charged and the ability to sustain a load. It needs to see the transmission in "Park" or "Neutral" position. It needs the ignition to be "on" and no anti-theft system interference, so the key should be properly programmed. Beyond that, the starter motor should work properly and the cabling to the battery and starter motor should be secure and have no corrosion. Hands on testing is needed; you mentioned "neutral safety switch" a few times - what led you to replace this? https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
