What is your question?
Do I have a bad water pump? It wasn't leaking before head gasket sealer was done. I fill radiator and it will stay full until I crank car. There isn't any noises coming from water pump but water flows out. What could be the cause? When I looked under the hood the water was looked like it was splashing as it was hitting the belt and pulley. Like a garden sprinkler. I know I have a leak somewhere. The leak is under right passenger side. The pulley tensioner is tight and no loose pulley. Thinking its the water pump or cracked block by water pump. Never encountered this type of leakage before. The problem just occurred today. Before I was adding water ever other day. Reservior bottle keeps fluid. Doesnt go dry but radiator needed water. I drive 30 mins to work. Fill up radiator before going to work and before leaving. Replaced thermostat and hoses also after sealing head gaskets. Isnt it normal for water pumps to make noise. Last car I had water pump made a loud noise before going out.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Leak only occurs when car is running

Did you state you used a "sealer" for the head gasket repair? If so, there are any number of negative effects from doing that. It's never a good idea to use a sealant product. Ultimately, a physical inspection of the cooling system is needed, and a pressure test is a good idea so you can identify the source of the leak without running the engine. You could have a hose leak, a water pump leak, water pump seal leak, among other possibilities.
