Car won’t start dash board says ABSAnd the brakes are hard

Car lost speed well driving . wouldn’t go into 2nd gear. after parking and turning car off it would not start again. Heard a click click click ,start over but wouldn’t turn on and dashboard said ABS problem. It has happened once before car set overnight started the next morning this all started happening after we had the AC repair .
