2006 tiburon 2.7 idles but wont rev up. Its not throwing any codes.

Fuel pressures good. Checked back pressure on Cats there good. Not throwing any codes.motors out of an 03 which ran great. we changed the fuel rail and top of the plentum

What makes this problem better or worse?

nothing stays the same hot or cold

changed motor wont rev up now
