Cleaning the Mass Air Flow Sensor will only remove the contaminates from the surface of the sensor, it will not repair a damaged sensor. This code indicates a reading that is lower than expected and may be caused by an air leak after the MAF Sensor, wiring problem or a faulty sensor.
