transmission overdrive problem

my trans kicks it self out of overdrive when i do alot of speed flexing when i'm on the interstate it runs great i have a p0734 code incorrect 4th gear ratio but when it comes out of overdrive if i shut the car of then start it back up it works i can do this while i'm rolling down the road??????????????
