Why is my car not starting after transmission change?

I changed out the transmission in my 99 gen 1 Tiburon with a transmission out of a gen 2 with the same motor did ask dealer if this would work. It fell two time while on jack stands while putting it back together now it will not start. It would start before transmission change. The fuel pump is not kicking on and the coil pack is getting power but not sending signal to fire.
