overheated and wont start what now?

If overheated badly enough then you may have damaged the head gaskets enough that you have lost compression. Coolant on plugs will cause probs like this. How far did you drive or how long did you run the engine after you noticed the engine running hot? If you looked down and noticed temp light on or gauge pegged then you may have already did the damage because now you don't know how long was like this before you noticed. Sorry.
not sure how bad it is. not my car yet. Its for sale for 1000, and no body damage and clean. with only 67,000 miles. thinking if its worth fixing. or passing on.
If you can't start it and hear it run then you don't know what the damage is. I would pass because you don't know what else may be bad, power steering, a/c, etc.
Thanks. Works for me. GW
