What is your question?

My dealer recommended (and I passed on) emission cleaning and throttle body cleaning service on my 2019 Hybrid at 16K miles. Seems silly to me to perform emission cleaning services on a low mileage hybrid that presumably runs 1/2 time on its battery and I’m equally unclear about throttle body cleaning. Both services are dealer recommended and not mfg required so it looks fishy to me; if it is I will look for another repair shop.
