Unusual tire wear

What is your question?

My front tires look like they are chipped, I was told it was my struts and getting charge 650+ to change them. But another guy told me it’s just an alignment issue, I’m trying to figure out what it is to no replace something that doesn’t need to be. My car doesn’t lean towards any side when turning, doesn’t bounce, or leaks. No weird noises either. It’s a smooth drive as well.

How long has your 2017 Hyundai Sonata had this problem?
