What is your question?
Last week, my check engine light came on while driving and I took it to a shop to get scanned and the code that came up was P001000. I drive a 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t limited. A new actuator was put in and the check enginge light stayed off for roughly a week, and it came back on yesterday. After getting it looked at again, the same code came up as P001000. I noticed much weaker acceleration and the idle seems higher than normal. Every time I come to a complete stop, the car lunges forward when I let off of the brakes. I have to drive just over 100 miles tomorrow morning and will possibly get it fixed back there. While fixing the actuator, the shop also replaced my oil as I was due for a change, so the oil is new, and would not be dirty or anything from what I know.

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Your trouble code of "P001000" is too long; I'm not sure if you maybe mean P0010-00? If it is P0010, this relates to the Intake Camshaft Position Actuator circuit. This codes does not say "replace the actuator" - it says that the circuit is open or shorted to ground. I would be checking wiring in the circuit to see what is going on. You may want to ask the shop you used to recheck their diagnostic testing and work.
