hyudai sonata 2014, replace compressor flush, vaccun done, charge Freon compressor not start, pression switch ok but control valve only dc but not pulse check with oscillograph. what could be wrong?

Hello, with respect - no idea what your vehicle is doing. I do know that I don't hear anything about professional diagnostic testing with someone who is EPA section 609 certified to properly handle refrigerants and perform testing.
