headlights flash off

What is your question?

While driving the headlights and interior lights will flash off for a second and then come back on, mostly after using the turn signal does this happen,however, does it even without using the turn signals. So far they come right back on, never hear anything when this happens, however, on a 25 mile drive it usually happens once or twice.
