2013 sonata control panel error

What is your question?

The control panel on my 2013 Sonata keeps rebooting itself every 15 seconds. It says there is a serious failure. I don’t have navigation, Bluetooth, backup camera or radio controls anymore. I took it to the dealership and they don’t know what’s wrong with it.
