2012 Hyundai Sonata Car has no type of power. Batter and starter was replaced about 4 months ago. Push to start and key does need to be reprogrammed but why doesn’t the car have power?

What is your question?
Car will have some power if connected to a jumper pack , once jumper pack is removed, car has no type of power at all. And I can’t crank the car while it’s connected to the jumper because the key needs to be reprogramed
