My Hybrid Battery has two bars, and doesn't drive right! Dealer says its fine??

What is your question?

I have had my hybrid at the dealer three times in the past two weeks for many different issues they are telling me that the hybrid battery at two bars is normal when I drive the car it hesitates to accelerate, A friend told me that it sounds like the battery is shot, can anybody help me with this please?????

FIND A BATTERY STORE THAT DEALS IN AUTO ELECTRIC IN YOUR AREA AND LET THEM TEST THE BATTERY TO SEE IF IT HAS A DEAD CELL, IF ITS NOT CHARGING CORRECTLY OR THE BATTERY IS DAMAGED, THEN MAYBE THE DEALER IS TRYING TO GET OUT OF HAVEING TO DO WARENTEE WORK ON IT, VERIFY FROM ANOTHER SOURCE THEN CONTACT THENDEALER WITH THE RESULTS IF THEIR SUPPORTING YOUR CLAIMS, IF THEYNDONT WANT TO TAKE CARE OF IT TRY ANOTHER DEALER, MAYBE THEY DONT HAVE THE TECH'S TO HANDLE THE PROBLEM, OR CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL WITH YOUR COMPLAINT. THEY USUALLY TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED TO DO. THESE BATTERYS ARN'T CHEAP.
