Who has diagnosed this vehicle and confirmed you have a cylinder head gasket issue? If you keep driving a vehicle that is overheating, then yes -- you could eventually cause a head gasket or cylinder head coolant leak. But, why not check the other areas first? Air pockets in the cooling system? A cooling fan system that functions properly? Thermostat operation? Coolant flow? Either way, hands on testing by a skilled technician near you is the best idea.
