I'm getting no airflow from my vents when the A/C is on is this an electrical issue or a faulty part?

Are you hearing the fan blow air - just not feeling it? Or is the fan not functioning?
No air or heat comes out when car is stopped. Comes out a little when car is moving. Can't hear fan.
If the fan is not blowing as commanded, you could have a problem with the blower motor, the wiring to the motor and switch areas, the switch, or the blower motor resistor. If this vehicle has automatic temperature control, it could be the controller for the blower. The system will have to have the wiring checked for power and ground to the various components, check for any blown fuses, and physically inspect the wiring at the connectors to ensure all the terminals are intact and the plastic shell for the connector is not melted in any way from heat.
Can't hear fan.
