Why lie rpm and rough idle & shaking?

Past 2 months, my Hyundai Sonata, 2005 has a lower idle at 700rpm, very rough idle and shaking. Could this be the Egr valve malfunctioning?

It could be egr OR coil pack or map sensor or crank sensor It really needs to be diagnosed properly We would be glad to help
