Not shifting out of 1st gear

Hello, electronic transmission testing should be performed to determine shift commands and shift solenoid operation while driving. If commands are being made but no engagement is occurring as it should be, you may have an internal mechanical concern to your transmission. It is difficult to say, however, without performing the needed testing to determine what is going on.
