What is your question?
Seatbelt is stuck, it won't move at all. I'm not sure what caused it. Where is the seatbeat actually located? Can I get to it through the trunk?
How long has your 2003 Hyundai Sonata had this problem?
Few weeks

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Hey there! Sounds like your seatbelt's playing hard to get. First things first, give it a good look-over to see if it's twisted or tangled up somewhere. Sometimes, a little wiggle and jiggle can set things right. The mechanism might be jammed up if that doesn’t do the trick. The seatbelt retractor is usually behind the interior trim panel near the seat. It's not in the trunk, so no need to go spelunking back there. You might need to pop off the trim panel on the side of the seat to access it. Give it a shot, and if it’s still stubborn, it might be time for a visit to a pro. Don’t worry. They’ll have it sorted quicker than you can say “seatbelt safety.” Good luck!
