What is your question?
Hello, so I have a problem with my sonata's ac. When I press the ac button in the cabin, neither of the radiator fans turn on. The ac doesn't blow cold air. After driving for awhile when it was 70 degrees outside, one radiator fan did turn on (though it wasn't spinning very fast) to cool the engine, so I'm not sure if the other fan is bad, but either way the good fan should've still came on, since both radiator fans are supposed to come on when the ac is engaged? I tried testing the a/con relay in the fuse box with a relay i know works, but nothing. There's other condenser and radiator hi/lo relays but I don't know which one I should test next. The a/c fuse in the cabin looked ok aswell. Coolant level is also good. I haven't tested if it needs freon yet because of the fan situation. Any ideas what I should test next? I have limited electrical equipment to test things, but I'd prefer to do things as diy as possible because my funds are limited. Any help is appreciated, thanks.
How long has your 2002 Hyundai Sonata had this problem?
A month.

You're on the right track guessing at a cooling fan issue first. But, there's no easy answer without having proper test equipment! I'm sorry to say that this limits your abilities. Even with limited funds -- it takes checking related power to the cooling fans to know if they are working as they should be. If there is power, and the fans don't work -- then it's a fan issue. If there is no power, you'll have to check backwards to the relays and then to the commands for the fans to turn on. Diagnostic testing is needed.
