What should I do after swapping out burnt ecm with used one from same applicatio

Yes,I now have fuel flow...car was 1/2 submerged Frm recent Houston floods...I will change filter and svs inn tomorrow and lord willing it will start...Hyundai built good cars so I am confident on reviving it.reflash/relearn unless brand new,will automatically be done once ignition is achieved.thank you for your response.
