What is your question?
Problem first started driving down the road, lights and gauges started going crazy. Replaced the alternator, couple days later it started again, replaced the battery, few days later I'm outside and hear the car trying to start itself, with nobody in it, no key in it. It must have been doing this for a while, drained my new battery. What could be the problem? I'm thinking ignition switch?

Hello, Yes, the ignition switch is suspect because when the key is turned to start it will remove power from the gauges momentarily. The car will not start on it's own because there is no validation of the key, so that is good, but if the start circuit is energized, it can certainly crank until the battery dies. Note, however, the need for testing. The start signal wire may be energized from another location, including damaged wires or the fuse box/relay.
