What is your question?
Changed plugs flushed engine new oil filter etc. Engine is missing on back cylinders. I am sure is is a oil pressure problem, . Plan on dropping pan to check for clogg's. Question is what is the best way to blow air through oil ports to help clear out?
What makes this problem better or worse?
warming up and resetting codes over and over.

Hello, "oil pressure problems" do not cause cylinder misfire codes directly. "Flushed engine" - meaning -- engine oil? I would highly discourage this practice. Why would you drop the engine oil pan before performing some basic diagnostic testing related to cylinder misfire? Have you checked the ignition cylinder? Have you done a relative compression test? A power balance test? Have you performed a manual compression test and leakdown? Checked for proper fuel delivery? Are you using a Hyundai GDS diagnostic tool? Are there software updates available related to cylinder misfire concerns as you are speaking of? If you truly have starved the cylinder head of oil, you'd have caused significant damage in the cylinder head with the dual overhead cams and journals, and you would have related noise. I would suggest you're simply not on the proper path of diagnostic testing here, and following the path you are suggesting could cause further concerns unrelated to your current concerns, not to mention by a waste of time and resources.
Due to the complexity's of today's vehicles the majority of owners or DIYer's do not possess the proper diagnostic equipment nor the knowledge and training that's required to effectively and successfully perform their own automobile troubleshooting / repair. Therefore it is highly recommended to seek professional *hands-on* assistance with this issue as that tends to be the most cost effective solution.. We could post a 'list' of the possibilities - however that isn't going to help due to the fact the same diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting knowledge is still going to be required. I took it to the shop and they charged me $1100. It is still doing the same thing. I have discovered that the bank 1 is not getting enough pressure to operate the timing correctly! Any suggestions?
Variable Valve Timing (VVT) solenoid is responsible for that operating.. Possibly restricted oil flow - - malfunctioning solenoid.. Repair shop should have disclosed any pertinent information..
