are the engine valves adjustable on my 2.4 ? thank you

'Valve lash' can be adjusted BUT it's a major undertaking to do so, it is very labor intensive and isn't normally needed. *Camshafts have to be removed and the correct shims added as needed* .. IF it is making noise from the 'top end' of the engine and since there are other possibilities besides valve lash that may cause the noise, suggest having a well trained ear listen to it, such as a Qualified Mechanic!
