If car is running smoothly at 102000 km, do spark plugs need to be replaced?

The thing is, 'technically' speaking, that's a sin i suppose but it works out ok for me!!.. I find no significant benefits from replacing the plugs before the 100,000 mile mark!!.. Unless a problem occurs of course....
